Ordering
Follow our guidelines below for an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Selecting products
A small number of products are available to buy online, in time we will be expanding the online ordering facility to the whole range or products. If a product is not available to buy online please call us free on 0800 78 30 711, or fill in our contact form.
Visit our products menu to browse the range of products available to order online.
To add an item to your shopping basket click the ADD TO BASKET button to the right of the product you require. This will take you to the shopping basket page.
2. Shopping Basket
You can view the products that you have added to your shopping basket at any time on the shopping basket. Here you can edit quantities of the products in your online shopping basket, you may also remove items by clicking the REMOVE link next to the product, or by selecting zero in the quantity box.
If items that you select are not appearing in your shopping basket, you may need to enable cookies in your browser. You can find detailed information on cookies at aboutcookies.org .
The total displayed in the shopping basket page is the inclusive, delivered price (delivery to UK mainland only) in Pounds Sterling. For other delivery detinations contact us for a quotation prior to purchase.
When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket click the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the shopping basket page.
3. Checkout
3.1 Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure payment transactions. Your transactions (including credit card information) are "scrambled" so that security is never compromised. The encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information sent to us. SSL works with Netscape Navigator (version 3.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.02 and above) and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). 3.3 Add your details
We will require name, address, delivery name and address (including full postcode), and your credit card information.
3.4 Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch cards over the internet or via phone.
We will accept pre-cleared cheques via post made out to “Countrywide Kennels ” as long as they have full guarantee card details and address on the back.
3.5 Acceptance of Order
When placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email from countrywidekennels.co.uk, a printable summary of your order will also be displayed.
We will accept your order once payment in full has been made at which time we will issue confirmation of your order and a receipt of payment.
An order can only be cancelled if the items ordered are a stock item as we may have to source certain items and therefore we are also obligated to pay for them.
Delivery and installation
We offer a nationwide delivery and installation service throughout the UK including the Channel Islands. Please contact us if you require our delivery and installation service, rather than our delivery only service which is quoted on the website.
All buildings are installed by our own expert team of fitters, all of whom are covered by a comprehensive public liability insurance policy. Not only are our fitters experts in their field, but you will also find them courteous and willing to help with most unusual requests.
Prices for delivery and installation depend on the product and the area, but are guaranteed to be highly competitive.
We believe our delivery only network to be second to none. All of our dog are loaded straight onto a dedicated vehicle that will deliver it direct to your door. Less handling means less damage. We will give you as much notice as possible to book your building in for delivery and you can request a phone call from the driver approximately one hour before delivery at no extra charge.
For deliveries of smaller items i.e panels and stretton/morven kennels, A national transport company will be used on a 2-3 day delivery service. You can upgrade this to a next day service for an additional £5.00 if required.
Please call for an instant and accurate quotation for the delivery and installation of your product. Please remember the following when ordering you chosen building:
- A good, finished concrete or slabbed base is required. This allows our fitters to install your building correctly and prolongs the life of the building.
- Good access is needed. Please notify us if you have any concerns about us gaining access to the site.
- Balance payments must be made prior to delivery or by cash on the day. We do not accept personal or business cheques on the day under any circumstances.
